The Black MasterMind Group is committed to reducing disparities within the Black community by providing comprehensive Job Readiness, Workforce Development, Entrepreneurial Development, and Business Support programs. We educate, train, coach, mentor, and develop entrepreneurs by equipping them with the knowledge, resources, strategic guidance, and funding initiatives needed to build, sustain, and grow successful businesses.
Through innovative learning opportunities, leadership development, access to capital, and hands-on business support, we empower entrepreneurs to achieve economic independence, create jobs, and build generational wealth. We believe that by strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem, we can align, connect, and elevate the business communities we serve while creating lasting economic and social impact for future generations.

We offer guidance for entrepreneurs from trained and experienced coaches and mentors. Our Subject Area experts have office hours to support our students and alumni.
MINDSET DEVELOPMENT
Success starts with how you think. Our
Monthly Mindset Development Workshops are designed to build critical thinking skills that help Black entrepreneurs overcome limiting beliefs and develop a mindset for success.
We offer 4 powerful sessions each quarter, available virtually and in-person, focused on helping you lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
