Opening Fall 2025, Legacy Park Plaza will house The Black Dotte Marketplace—a 9,000+ sq ft facility created to showcase and support Black entrepreneurs. This project is a core component of TBMMG’s Urban Prosperity Plan, dedicated to closing the wealth gap and promoting economic empowerment through access to space, resources, and training.
